Venue introduction
Only applicants who pass all four previous stages are introduced. If they don't show, the introduction fee is credited in full.
The OCN Introduction Service Credit
If an introduced candidate fails to show without 4+ hours' notice, the $99 introduction fee is credited and OCN will use best efforts to source a replacement introduction at no extra cost, subject to network availability. OCN does not employ or direct candidates — this credit covers the introduction, not the shift.

Diego Pascal holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Andrés Bello and has spent the last four years recruiting across hospitality, corporate, and technology sectors in Australia and Latin America. He built On Call Network because Sydney’s hospitality venues deserve a recruiter who picks up the phone — and actually vouches for every candidate introduced.

Rates reflect the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (HIGA). Actual entitlements depend on classification, hours and employment type — check your payslip and the current Award. OCN never takes a cut from your pay.
